Membership Terms & Policies

  • A 12-month membership commitment is required for all Zolboo Skin Care Club members.

  • Memberships require a one-time full payment at the time of enrollment.

  • Your first treatment of the month is included with the membership.

General Policies

  • Memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • Discounts apply to regular-priced services and retail products only.

  • Facials do not roll over month-to-month. If a scheduled appointment is missed or canceled, it must be rebooked within 7 days to remain eligible.

  • Membership discounts cannot be combined with other specials, promotions, or offers.

  • Membership fees may not be paid with gift cards or certificates.

  • Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling.

Cancellation Policy

  • Membership cancellations require 30 days’ written notice (by email or letter).

  • Cancellations become effective 30 days after the written notice is received.
