We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:
48 hour advance notice is required when canceling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give us 48 hours advance notice you will be charged the full amount of your appointment. This amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment.
Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show.” They will be charged for their “missed” appointment.
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to allow time for you to check-in, fill out or update paperwork. New guests will be asked to complete a confidential medical questionnaire; designed with your well being in mind. You may also be asked to update your information on a regular basis.
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.

The quickest and easiest way to start a return is to email us at email@example.com. We will respond within 48 business hours.
Unused, unopened or unmarked product may be returned for product credit within 7 days of the purchase date and will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. ( Zolboo Skin Care Location Purchase and online order)
Eligible products may be returned within 14 days of delivery to customer. (Online Purchase)
Shipping on any return is at consumer cost.
All return correspondence is conducted via email.
Please allow 5 business days to process your return once we have received your returned items.
Due to health and hygiene considerations, all opened and used items can not be returned or exchanged. If you have a particular allergy or sensitivity you are concerned about, please let us know.
Zolboo Skin Care will not issue an exchange, store credit, or refund until product is received and reviewed.
