Cancellation Policy

We understand that unexpected events can happen in everyone’s life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are in place:

Cancellations
A 48-hour advance notice is required when canceling or rescheduling an appointment. This allows time for another client to book your slot.
If you are unable to provide 48 hours’ notice, you will be charged the full amount of your scheduled service, which must be paid prior to your next appointment.

No-Shows
Clients who miss their appointment without notice will be considered a “no-show” and charged the full session fee.

Arrival

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to allow time for check-in and paperwork.
New guests will be asked to complete a confidential medical questionnaire designed with your well-being in mind. You may also be asked to update your information periodically.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to avoid delaying the next client.
Depending on your arrival time, your therapist will determine if there is enough time to begin the treatment.
Regardless of the adjusted session length, the full service fee will apply.
Out of respect for your therapist and other clients, please plan accordingly and arrive on time.

Return Policy

If you need to cancel an order, please call (847) 780-4697 immediately.

The quickest way to start a return is to email zolbooskincare@gmail.com. We respond within 48 business hours.

  • In-Studio Purchases: Unused, unopened, or unmarked products may be returned for product credit within 7 days of purchase and are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

  • Online Orders: Eligible products may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

  • Shipping costs for any return are the responsibility of the customer.

  • All return communication is conducted via email.

  • Please allow up to 5 business days for processing after the returned item is received.

Due to health and hygiene considerations, opened or used products cannot be returned or exchanged. If you have an allergy or sensitivity concern, please contact us before purchase.

Zolboo Skin Care will not issue an exchange, store credit, or refund until the product is received and reviewed.
We reserve the right to change, modify, or discontinue any service or policy at any time.
